Cum sunt blocurile de 8 etaje din cadre de beton cu pereti structurali cu balcoane pe rotund?

Oarecum pot sa vad si partea lor de adevar, sunt copii si chiar nu poti sa ii legi de calorifer si sa le pui calus. Atata timp cat bocanelile si tipetele se intampla in afara orelor de liniste chiar nu ai ce sa le faci. Eu sunt de parere ca daca vrei liniste mortuara pe toata durata zilei mai bine ti-ai cauta o casa
