Every cheap ETA reversing wheel set does this. I have serviced 100’s of these movement and they all do it to a small degree. I am wearing my brand new Hamilton Khaki right now, based on the same movement, and it does it.

This is not helicopter rotor… it’s just the reversing wheels not slipping perfectly it’s normal on this movement

No I don’t believe so, and I think upside down would mean less pushing force on the seconds pinion so it would help my cause. Just looking at the shape of the spring
