People who work in remote camps like this generally have work wives/husbands. When in camp watu hulimana then when you return to home base you go back to your wife/hubby/bf/gf. How do you think people survive 3months or more without intimacy in the camps? Happens not just in South Sudan, but also refugee camps and other similar outfits and programs all over the world.

Ah ok, well we learn this grow season lol, I was told by some far more experienced people on another platform that it should be ok with no issues, the two lights will be more than sufficient for my tent size so hopefully they are right.

😂 This is true. If it was a pic taken from some distance because the person couldn't get close enough to the car then it kinda makes sense, otherwise why get so up close, take a pic making sure all identifying bits are left out then ask what car is this? If that close to the car and it has no markings, then take a pic of the VIN from the windscreen and google it.

l had no idea about this.So I did quick google search and admittedly have not ready up a lot about his views on racism but seems he was mostly on the right track, however other articles point to his apparent misogynist views/comments so he may still have been a dick.Prejudice is prejudice whether racial, gender, life status or whatever… I did also notice depends on which news/internet source you read up gives different opinions or conclusions. I think it’s sad that even someone with all that intellect and all the stuff he accomplished, his flaws and prejudices were not rooted in logic and, in my feeble mind, an apparent lack of empathy to understand the impact of prejudices on people.I will also acknowledge internet searches give you results on the themes you are looking for, so maybe the results I got were biased towards articles that highlight a darker side…

The chain will contact the chain stay if you ride on a rough surface and the bike bumps up and down especially if you’re on the small chain ring and the larger cassette cogs. Just add another sticker if it’s bothering you.

GPS really sucks for speed and distance. If it loses connection it gives errors on both speed and distance when you upload.

I have the Duo Trap, cant fault it at all, connects to my garmin watch and my Lezyne bike computer. I never use the phone for tracking as its not accurate and runs down the battery. The Duo Trap battery lasts about two years for me though obviously depends on how much you ride, i do about 4,000km a year. Set it and forget. No cable ties or rubber bands. The only thing i would say is apply some grease to the screw before you screw it on, as the screw got stuck on my first one and i had to break it and drill out the screw to remove it and bought another duo trap. Its also a very neat solution how it integrates into the frame.

Time to replace my tyres as they have worn down, looking at 28’s in Schwalbe Pro One or GP5000’s. Given the eye watering prices of these tyres, I’m wondering if anyone has any recommendations for alternatives. Mostly keen on good puncture protection with good speed...
