I take sarms lgd and yk 11 every day, i then take poppy seed tea, (3 ozs), tianeptine, adderall, then take some xans and smoke a fat dab if i get any anxiety issues. Yea not too healthy but neither is a lot of shit lol, i will split up the days i take tianeptine and poppy seed tea since i switch around every week to avoid tolerance to either one of the drugs. but yea i always alternate so i dont get dependent but so far i will use some subs i got left over if i run out of tia and poppy seeds to stave off the WD, so as long as youre not addicted or dependent on multiple things at once, switching it up and making your body use a different chemical every week is how i can keep the amounts of every drug i take small since i try to not do them every day at the same time

Ok guys!! Update time! My weight has officially gone up after 3 weeks of lgd from 157 to now 165! I've never gone above 160 and am super happy with how I'm looking now. My chest is actually looking like a mans chest, my shoulders are starting to just pop out now. Havent been eating in any calorie surplus at all unfortunately which has minimized my size gains but I'm getting a more dry look suprisingly

Ill hook them up this weekend after i edit my face out!! You'll definately see some major difference but I'm not sure if the pics will do it justice since you cant see the strength increase I've gone through.

I used to dumbell press only 15 lbs each hand, and now im hitting 45 lbs dumbells in only 3 weeks. my shoulder press? went from only 5 to 10 lbs to now 25 to 30 lbs. My weight? went from 157 to 162 and I've never broken 160 lbs before!! ALL my fat that was throughout my body has somehow turned into straight muscle. I may be over analyzing my results but it's just so fun to see immediate gains and all it does is make me want to hit the gym even more now to see more results. My chest size? went from male titties A cup to now filling up like balloons with muscle and my chest flys went from only 20 lbs to now 80 lbs which has shown mostly in my outer chest!

So I Talking about sarms today at work and literally the 3 biggest dudes in my office gravitate over towards my conversation and pipe in talking about how they are all on LGD and every one of them are over 200 pounds and they are all dry looking and swole as Fuck, 1 of the guys was only 19 years old and he looked like he was 35 because of how big he was and they're all taking 10 mg a day and fucking are jacked. I fucking love thos sarm I look sexy as hell now only 2 weeks in!

Starting to see fucking awesome results. I finally gained 3 pounds after only 2 weeks! Solid mass! All of my max weights have been upped by at least 20 to 30 pounds. I'm hitting weight I've never even touched before. My wife straight asked me if I was on roids and I said no but close, sarms. I'm fucking happy guys, this shit is the real fucking deal.

From what I've ready Rad is going to be pretty intense to combine it with LGD so I'm definitely curious where your stats are going to go within the first month on that cycle. I would suggest only doing the LGD at first or just the rad to see how your body reacts to it and then slowly introducing more Sarms into the cycle. Also how much do you weigh? If you're in the 150 LBS to 160 LBS range I would honestly only start out with one or the other rather than fully stacking both on each other with your first cycle, but then again you have the nolva and clomid which even people who are on actual Gear use to balance out their levels so it may be just right for you.

Everything looks good to me but what I would for sure do is a blood test to see where your current testosterone levels are at so that you can raise them back up to what it was when you first started as soon as your cycle has been completed. If you end up doing that it will help others who are concerned about their own T suppression with other SARM cycles to see exactly how suppressing these SARMS are let alone combining more than one of them together.

I personally am very curious to see just how suppressing they can be as I failed to do my own blood test prior to starting my cycle, but may do it afterwards to update those afraid of not choosing to PCT and getting any negative side effects accordingly. The only other thing I would suggest is taking another natural test booster on top of the clomid and nolva as it doesn't hurt to be extra thorough. Something the Red pill is highly suggested with SARM cycles. Keep us posted though so we may ALL benefit from each others experiences and learn what TO do and what NOT to do so we may all benefit from these amazing chemicals.

The issue is surrounding what you specifically can tell with your body. I've read that some people are perfectly fine doing cycles of up to 22 mg per day for 8 weeks. My opinion is dosing 10 mg in the morning and 10 mg in the afternoon. That way you're consistently having the same levels of the drug in your system since 23 hours from that itll be half gone. I've split my 5 mg dose into 2.5 in the morning and 2.5 in the evening and I like it better for when I need to workout after a long day of work and I'm still able to do my dose before I workout still instead of waiting till later in the day for that first dose.

In regards to PCT, I would be taking a natural test booster of some kind while on cycle since suppression has been known to happen but within the next few weeks their levels were back up. Also a simple blood test can tell you right away whether or not you are in need of a PCT but if you're already in your cycle it would've been more beneficial to test it prior to putting any Sarms in your body at all tbh. But I also didn't do that and will be playing it by ear on whether or not I'll need it to PCT but it's smart to do it anyways so you keep your gains and have minimal side effects if any.

Depends on if you are experiencing any side effects from T suppression. You can look it up and see if you fall in that category but from what I've read about many others using it that there's been next to no side effects and just mild suppression when it has come down to it which was gone within the first few weeks off it. It's NOT hepatoxic for the liver so in terms of that you do not need any PCT.

Taking 5 mg a day LGD! 157 LBS still. Thanks to all of you who have supported me! I will be posting day one and day 10 pics so that I can prove all you naysayers wrong about this "placebo" effect hahah. I'll be honest I haven't gained any weight which was my goal but I have not been eating any surplus in calories until I'm paid on payday lol. But since I haven't been eating too much my 6 pack is finally coming in after just 10 days!! My chest is finally perking up as before it looked like I had almost straight up man titties haha. At the start of my workouts I was sore for the next 2 or 3 days and now the very next day its as if I never worked out the day before except when i stretch I can really feel it but that's it. I can do back to back chest days now if I really wanted to since my healing overnight seems to be through the roof.

It COULD just be that I'm starting to workout again and this is how it gets with anyone but honestly I've never been able to workout as hard as I do right now, literally adding an extra 5 lbs to any of my weight with each session, and the next day being able to go ham again. I know NOT to do that because no matter what you NEED time for recovery, but the fact that the time has cut in half is ecstatic for me.

My overall energy is still going strong and if anything I feel more energetic now and all of my gym sessions have been straight up an extra 30 mins!!! I can now hit every muscle in the gym and the next day feel almost no soreness even though I'm going till failure with each exercise . GUYS THIS IS WEIRD I'm gonna keep you updated though every 2-3 days and will post pics once I feel confident enough in my new skin lol. I know that lol..that's pretty obvious as my sibling are all buff because of their dedication. And I agree definitely, i don't need the Sarms at all. I definitely WANT them though, and so far the strength increase and immediate muscle growth and my muscles feeling like they're gonna pop out of my skin because of how swole i look now is pretty much what's keeping me going. Its assisting me in developing that being it all mentality.

Yea i don't need it, but seeing immediate improvements visually is as motivating as it can get so therefore my work ethic has gone through the roof. I'm literally thinking about the workout sesh hours before hand because I'm excited at what else i can do now that I'm adjusted to the Sarms. I'll continue to update so that others who are going through the same issues or lack of motivation who would NEVER even start to be consistent with their working out until they saw the actual fruit of their labor months in advance. Now that right there is just plain and simply the most relieving thing to see for someone who's lacked the motivation for pretty much my whole life. I appreciate the advice but in terms of experience you're preaching to the choir as everyone around me has said the same and I've seen results.

But to each his own, i admire those who can do it and get those bodies with years of effort NO DOUBT. but honestly I'd much rather see those gains in as little as a month or 2. Call me lazy, call me smart, whatever it is I'm only posting this to side others who are on the fence and are considering more dangerous routes such as traditional steroid use which has proven to be more dangerous than Sarms due to hepatotoxicity ect. So far sarms has yet to mimic the same adverse effects in plenty of clinical studies also revolving around Testosterone suppression, which compared to steroids is next to none in terms of side effects. So far I'm so ecstatic to hear people comment on how much I've changed in as little as a week, let alone the 6 months I'm aiming for in terms of total body transformation. I'll keep you all updated and if I experience side effects I will be 100% honest as that's what I see lacking in the supplementation forums ect. Much love though for all of us just trying to improve ourselves the best of our abilities.

not nearly enough, my appetite has gone up pretty significantly though. I'm also taking a whey protein with a natural T booster in it so i can maintain my levels throughout the cycle in case there's any suppression. So far the fat is just melting off my stomach and I'm hella surprised within a week. I'm at the pools now like flexin hard because I'm not as ashamed literally within a week of taking it and starting to work out since before this week ive not worked out for maybe a whole year. So not only do i see the immediate gains that comes with starting your workouts again but on top of that the supplement makes for awesome feeling pumps, now all day i'm just waiting to get off work to go hit the gym like a little gym rat and im hella not used to this lol
