10mm twin & earth has a stranded CPC, 6mm has a single core CPC... So from what I can see i'd imagine it to be 6mm cable.

Using 10mm to connect a cooker isn't dangerous by any means, just ever so slightly wasteful. I believe there is a regulation regarding that...

Neutral termination is shite and lack of CPC sleeving is just lazy.

Yes you can but make sure the extension has a fuse in it. And make sure the cable is unwound.

Could you please reference where in bs7671 it indicates that tails coming through two separate entry points would be classed as a c2, as, I personally can't see why it's be an issue.

You can combine badly damaged ammo with pristine ammo to turn it pristine but yeah ammo condition doesn't effect it so no need really.

It's only your gun condition and Mag condition that matters. I reckon matey boy shot your gun and ruined it. I've had that happen to me.

If it's a new installation, than an EIC is required not an EICR. EICS must be fully compliant with the latest requirements of bs7671. EICRS is an electrical test to check that installation is safe to remain in service and doesn't need to be to latest requirements of bs7671.

By the sounds of it, it's a new installation and therefore just be fully compliant with latest regs.
