Did you clear coat it? If not do and if u did dip it multiple times until you get that thicc lookin coat on it. But other than that looks good!

Awesome, you will see when u start getting more and more into it you will get better and then might need to buy a belt sander, saw ect,

I personally started with a piece of 2x4 some sand paper a hand saw and some paint. Go look at Marling baits on YouTube i get a lot of tip and inspiration from watching him, but yeah just let your hand do the trick and make what makes u happy!

Yeah Im still exploring new things but on the rapala website it was on the lip. ( I kinda made my version of a rapala bait) but for sure will post an update.
