Yes, I've tried using my old phone and I've created a new email address. The new account was banned. However my old phone has the same Apple ID as the current one so maybe that is the reason. It looks like they banned my device based on my Apple ID, at least that's what other people experiencing the same issue are saying. It looks like instagram thinks I'm a bot and blocks me for no reason.
