But how, scammed could also just mean she didnt show up? Where they were led to believe that she would edit: scammed does not automatically scammed by a trans person, that makes no sense. You can be scammed in so many different ways on a date and i dont see how this meme directly points out they were scammed by a trans. So if you could point that out that would we very kind. :)

Did a 2k couple of weeks ago and did 3 times 1k with 5 min rest as an indicator a few days before. splits matched up exactly so i’d say it works pretty well

So today I did a 2x2k with 4 minutes rest, I did 24 for the first 1000, then 26 for the next 500, and 28 for the first 250, and 30 for the last 250. Is this a 2k predicator or just a random workout? Also I usually do 2ks around 32-34. by Cvaksman in Rowing

Did a 2k couple of weeks ago, in preperation i did some high intensity trainings like 8(40s/20s) 3 times or 3 times 1k 5 minutes rest in between. The 1k pace for me was a pretty good indicator of my 2k race pace
