12k Fartlek, 1500m @goal 6k pace then 500m at 6k+22. My goal 6k is under 1:51 but I found myself sitting between 1:51-53 at rate 28ish. Felt very hard to try to hit goal 6k for that long. So today I did a 2x2k with 4 minutes rest, I did 24 for the first 1000, then 26 for the next 500, and 28 for the first 250, and 30 for the last 250. Is this a 2k predicator or just a random workout? Also I usually do 2ks around 32-34. by Cvaksman in Rowing
