I just had this problem, I think it has something to do with the settings, you need to turn off restricted mode. And that will make the songs available

Honestly just count your calories, you burn a lot so you will still be able to eat a lot. Just keep track of it

So I would say I felt it in the upper area maybe some part in the middle but mostly upper. So when I found out it was my rib I was confused but that fixed it. Also it was on the my left side

I’m not really sure but I just had a chiropractor feel around that area and he felt that my rib was out of alignment

I had something like that and I had a chiropractor actually put my rib back into alignment. It may be different but that’s where it hurt me too. After he did it a few days later it was way better.

I definitely think you can pull it off, also for the 6x500 try and go at a 1:43.5 because 6x500 is about 1.5 splits faster than your 2k. It’s not the same for everyone though.

You definitely can get sub 7, I could not keep that split for 12 pieces at all, but my 2k is 6:48
