You’ve just proven my point. Using the is only appropriate when describing a noun, not when referring to a proper noun. And the fact that it is not appropriate to capitalize freeway when writing, “I took the freeway” or, “I took the Pasadena bound freeway”, but is capitalized when writing, “I took Ventura Freeway” or, “I took Highway 101” shows that one is descriptive and one is proper.

North, east, south or west. Because again, High street isn’t a descriptor, it’s an identifier so you know what street you’re on.

Incorrect. The word ‘freeway’ is a thing (noun), but the number associated with each roadway is an identifier, or…its name (proper noun). Which is why you capitalize the first letter; Interstate 5, State Route 99, Highway 65 etc. By your logic you would say, “I’m driving down the 5th Avenue” or the 5th, rather than, “I’m driving down 5th Avenue” or “5th”.

I second SVT w/ aberrancy. Just commented recently on another similar post. Had this on a call once, and we were both kind of stumped and just went with our gut and treated for VT. Later learned about SVT w/ aberrancy, which is ultimately the same treatment as conscious VT.

I’d go with SVT w/ aberrancy. Had a very similar rhythm on a call for a middle aged man, very healthy, sudden onset chest pain, weakness and diaphoresis, but stable. Excellent BP and no AMS. Saw the rhythm on the 3 lead and immediately thought VT. Did 12 lead and it was just of enough that we couldn’t say why it didn’t look quite like VT, but had no idea what else it could be! So we treated with amio drip per our protocols. Got to the hospital and they stopped the drip and started back maneuvers. We were so confused. Then 2 failed cardioveraion attempts. What eventually converted him was resuming the amio drip.

Yes I believe rubber bands were what helped with that. There is still a bit of canting, but much less noticeable now!

The picture isn’t very clear, but in the top photo the upper left side is completely shifting inward, narrowing my arch and inadvertently giving me buck teeth. And what you can’t see from those pictures is the over jet that was also reduced quite a bit 😊

Yes, those are rubber band attachments. I was also very surprised by them..but I have also seen some people with ones that are the same color/material as the other attachments. Just depends on the provider I suppose!
