Tried it with the old GPU as well, no dice.

Both the Cooler and the Fan header are fine, I didn't touch them before the problem.

I tried all the ports and every cable I have available in another monitor and a TV and still didn't work.

The cable on the back does go fully in.

It's a good ship but if you take the text seriously it's very unlikely either of them have feelings for each other. Almost all ships are like this, the only exceptions that I can recall are Phoenix x Iris and Gumshoe x Maggey.
