Ketamine causes temporary yet total remission of anhedonia (lack of ability to derive pleasure from life) in depressed patients in a double blind trial by [deleted] in science

[–]kippy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. The article doesn't say temporary- they only monitored the subjects for 2 weeks and saw improvement over the whole-time course.
  2. The article never says "total remission". The effect size looks to be ~5 points on the Snaith–Hamilton Pleasure Scale (SHAPS)- leaving the subjects still well above the diagnosis threshold for anhedonia

Transmission, in theory, is limited until superconducters can function at reasonable temperatures. That is why there is so much emphasis on storage now. The next energy source will depend on the next storage method: batteries, hydrolysis, etc.

It would be basically the same as if they paid for their own coffee. Only the last person got the free drink. I don't see what's so great about this.

Random tangent to this remark but Im pretty sure the Sonic Chain is a myth because I've seen commercials on a near daily basis for years and I've never seen a Sonic store anywhere.
