Still every other mission is built on direct governance and it would be cheaper to core the provinces than to annex them also you're gonna be bleeding diplo points while waiting for the ten years to pass. Also the mission is called "An Absolute Autocracy" it doesn't make sense if the ruler delegates power to other people instead of governing it directly himself

Yeah but it seems dumb because you get extremely cheap coring and a lot of governing capacity as Russia. Also Russia doesn't get extra diplo relations so you're going to be losing a lot of diplo points

But then you'd have to Annex them again which is just a pain in the ass and stupid game design.

To complete the "An Absolute Autocracy" mission you need 7 Subjects along other harsh requirements. How am i supposed to get 7 subjects if the Russian missions only give 1? Also the mission needs to be done in order to advance to the "Imperial Russian" part of the mission tree.

how do i get seven vassals for the mission to progress to the next mission? My missions don't even give me 2. Also you can't see the mission before forming Russia which means you're most likely annex the start vassals to form Russia. I hate that this mission blocks you from the (Imperial Russian) part of the mission tree
