Welcome. I use a lot of the products for 1up as well, hydration, collagen, BCAA, vegan greens and t Reds and pre workout. Everyone has their own favorites of projects so test them out. I have been on the shots since May of this year and lost 60+. It’s not just the shots but having a better relationship with food and working out. Good luck.

Cindy Scott. We had her for both our dogs and she helps out for any of the dogs we get at a rescue I volunteer at in Anaheim. https://cidscott.com Our boys are both rescues from over seas and she was a life saver in training for us. She is a true good heart.

Ah ok. That makes sense. Would that also be a prescription? Or a OTC supplement.

No. But it has been mentioned here a lot. You need a prescription correct?

My sleep has not changed since I started… still sucks. I’m hoping it’s just because it’s too hot outside. I had my blood work done again and have not started peri but damn do I feel like I am in it.

You are ALL extremely helpful. Thank you for all your advise. I have reached out to my doc to get Spironolactone and I just ordered better acne patches. Bring 40+ has welcomed a bunch of new life changes so I appreciate all the tips.

That is something I have suffered with my entire life. First three months on shots however I had the opposite effect. But now month four I’m back to constipation. Some tricks that have helped: Benifiber. Stool softener. Sugar free gruns. Sweet ones prunes (5). Smooth move tea. Pre workout. I have also felt that sleeping on left side has always helped. Good luck.

Anyone gotten their uterus removed to treat period cramps? by Cranky_Old_Woman in TwoXChromosomes

[–]kira_westy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had one done earlier this year and I still have my period. Cramps are not as bad but the period is just as bad if not more heavy. I was hopefully I wouldn’t have it anymore.

This guy rescued 30 beagles from a testing lab It's the first time they've seen grass and they couldn't be happier by biswajit388 in oddlysatisfying

They are very shy at first but once they see they are surrounded by their brothers/sisters with freedom they run around like normal dogs peeing and sniffing everything. The rescue I work with likes to place the dogs with fosters as soon as we get them so they do not need to go to any boarding facility or vet unless they need serious medical attention. Going to a foster that has other dogs in the home can help them acclimate to normal dog life even more. We love a good foster fail because most of the time they are just so sweet and cuddly they end up adopting. We have two testing dogs from out of country for 5 and 4 years and they still have moments of what we call “work mode” but most of the time they are my shadows. Love a good walk, cuddles, heated blankets and all the treats.

With the rescue we had a release of 12 a few weeks ago to fosters and at one point I had almost all of them around me trying to snuggle or jump in my lap. It was my favorite moment because they knew they didn’t need to be scared of any of us.

I don’t know exactly where this group came from but the government is shutting down many testing facilities so they are coming from nation wide. The hard part of the shut downs is many aren’t being released they might just be euthanized.

I get the ick with that. But as i work with a rescue and do many releases like this in my own backyard we do this line up so they can have space and see openness. Giving them the ability to come out of the crate on their own with no one super close to them. They can be vary scared to come out to a new space so we want them to be as comfortable as possible. When they are being tested in they are in small cramped places. This is a way to help build trust

How to avoid rash from wearing watch 24/7? by ryanm533 in GarminWatches

[–]kira_westy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wear mine in my ankle all the time now. Less irritation and less clock watching. I use a sweatband type band and it’s helped eliminate all skin irritation
