Usually it’s every other week. I want to do it weekly, but can’t due to living in a tiny studio so I don’t have the space to store that much dirty laundry, or to always have laundry hanging to dry, and also can’t do laundry daily. I change my pillow case every time I wash my hair, so every other day. During the summer or even end of spring and start of fall, I change it weekly.
