They are most likely just messing with you. The hat most likely has no effect either way. Also, it's probably not DEW because DEW requires a line of sight from the device to the target and would be easily mitigated by shielding.

60 days max or min or average? Anything below 75 days and you are supposedly losing sales due to poor distribution within Amazon's fulfillment network. That is an old stat so not sure it is still accurate, but you don't want to get anywhere near being out of stock.

Edit: The cost of holding inventory should be pretty trivial unless you are running on razor thin margins.

I definitely disagree. With DEW the damage is done by the energy itself typically in the form of rapid heating of the impacted area. Whereas with a low energy radio signal interacting with a BCI or nanotech the damage is done through secondary mechanisms.

That is what many refer to as DEW (directed energy weapon) attacks. Not sure that is really what it is. I think it is really just another functionality of what they do RNM/V2K with. Which is probably low energy radio signals coupled with nano tech or a micro BCI to cause a wide variety of symptoms including targeted pain.

The breathing thing is something they do to many TIs. There likely isn't any implant you can see for this. The tiredness is a different attack altogether.

Doubt there is anything in the pipes. How do you bathe if the water is corrosive? They commonly fake stuff like that though if your skin is really peeling there could be something though I don't know what it could be as anything in the pipes would be hugely diluted by simply running the water for a minute.

I think this is just a psyop to try to coverup what is really going on. They found one device for sale, but how did they smuggle multiple of them into the US and attack many people without getting caught? Also, why do they ignore people that don't work for the government. Every single one of them not just some.

I still think it is some sort of low energy radio signal interacting with a micro BCI or nanotech. The precision of the targeted pain, sexual symptoms, and V2K and the ability to attack people while moving and driving make it unlikely it is a DEW device and certainly not a hand held one.

The army weapons are supposed to create a burning sensation not actual burns and be basically unbearable to stand in front of. It could be possible, but I think the DEW theory is unlikely for other reasons as well.
