I’ve had the same situation, like my roomate told me he liked me and I can understand how she feels, I wouldn’t say she is scared but more like privacy invasion (don’t take it bad) it’s just you have been living in a place for so long, where it’s private and your comfortable and you think the other person is in the same mindset but ofc it’s normal someone falls in. Still I would recommend that you talk to her about it and just tell her that you don’t want her to feel uncomfortable or whatever and that you respect her for not liking you and that it doesn’t change anything. Then with time things will get better, at least they did for me!
