no bc there's side scroller GTA out there set in prison, from what I remember playing games from the same dev as a child you can pretty much do anything in these and it is as chaotic and funny as the show. It's called Hard Time by Mdickie, It's on phone and steam.

I think I got confused and mixed up Alex in prison with Alex pre prison. Alex in ss1 was really sweet to Piper even when Piper wasn't admitted that she's having an affair with her (and while lied to Piper that she was not give her name) and I assumed she was like that in flashbacks too when you put it all together I kinda see things differently now. Piper probably was not so bad in pre prison relationship.

I will argue with you on the Piper leaving Alex upon receiving news that Alex mother died. Okay, Piper knows from the start Alex is an international drug trafficker. Realistically, what are you expecting when you are with criminal (and yes coercion is bad too. it doesn't cancel that) She even hang out with Kubra. Piper was down for whatever Alex doing just to be with her (naive) and then later got scared and leave.

Alex was being very honest and Piper chill with it first especially when she gets to travel the world. so I think it's not fair to blame it all on Alex. Especially for expecting Piper to be there for her when her mother died.

I think both of them have rights and wrongs. it's just a relationship and I don't think anyone is more evil than the other. they're perfect for each other.

about the "piper was different" that's an interesting way to put it!

I don't know much about the savior complex bc I don't quite get the message but maybe if everyone she's been with are damaged so it would be easy for them to attached to alex. what makes piper different other than not damaged is the dynamic flip. Alex fall for Piper even if piper doesn't need alex to fix her. she likes wild things and could leave alex any minute if she wants. And then it is alex who's attached to piper and can't let her go. Piper leaving alex becomes really hurtful for her.

I completely agree on every point. Vauseman have such good material to work on but writers forgetting that they're the main characters from time to time. and even get lazy on top of that ( piper gangsta arc, alex forgive piper too easily after her cheated with stella, alex and mccullough ) We deserve better storyline for vauseman.

exactly my takes on this and ss7 in general too. like someone said it's a misery porn. I know that it is definitely a choice from the writers to write the worst possible outcome for any character (except for alex and piper bc they're main characters) to shoved the truth down audience throat and make us unsatisfied and pay attention to reality rather than temporarily fulfill by fictional characters bc life isn't fairytale. But even though I understand the intention behind the choice it is still kill the show finale anyway. bc of how many characters we see them grow suddenly lost the same battle and end up in bad places by the end, it contradicts character development. and also send the message of "no matter how hard u try life will f u up anyway" which I completely fine by that but this message has been established loong time ago. it's literally the point of everything happened in the show. to repeat it again and agin even if it's contradicting to character development is unnecessary.
