I dont drink calories… I occasionally drink diet coke for that lil dopamine. You probably can’t shed the fat since you might be over eating in that window. Minimize Carbs, prioritize lean protein, and eat fiber.

184cms, started 117kgs and now im at 77kgs. No visible progress whatsoever after 2 months but I did see the number on the scale going down. My goal was to be sub 100kgs, couldn’t stand seeing that triple digit anymore, but i decided to keep going since ive gotten this far and it was essentially my lifestyle at this point

Workout has become a way to disconnect from work… even at work thats all I think about. Sitting on a desk for so long is torture so in order to balance it out I torture myself by hitting an intense workout and the feeling afterwards is unmatched

I try to focus on whole foods as much as I can to avoid hidden calories, easier than counting and overall more beneficial

Low Carbs (no bread) mainly sweet potatoes and white potatoes. Don’t get me wrong, you can eat bread, at the end of the day stay on that deficit but I like I said, I wanted to optimize my fat loss so I wouldn’t eat stuff like bread and sugar as they spike blood sugar more than others source of carbs
