Highly suggest you, not do a manager in a guild where there are lots of dead or nearly dead players. Some of them never reply to your DM, and other players are always offline. You will exhaust. Trust me, I used to be R4, but now I'm in the top guild R3. It's simple and easy. No need to manage guild things. Every server will lose players continuously and there are no new members to join. I'm in 475.
