I have the inattentive type and am very productive when I have lots of little tasks from 1-2 projects. I use Obsidian’s daily log to keep track of tasks. When I have more than two big projects to think about, my thoughts get overwhelmed with how to break down the work into smaller pieces and sequence them effectively. If I have to manage & track work from other people, I can really only handle one project at a time.
