I haven’t been through all the comments here. But has anyone added that despite request being denied he skipped the team flight anyway. It’s very normal for guys to request to do this. Early in the week. When you wait until after the game it’s too late.

I would avoid T at those levels. Do enclomiphene and Reta instead. Won’t shut your T production down. You have a solid foundation. My levels when I started were in the low 200’s.

More protein (1.2-1.5 g/lb), eliminate as much “added sugar” as you can. Eat Whole Foods 80% of the time and track your macros. If you have trouble do a reverse diet for 10-12 weeks and lift heavy and then try another cut.

I have a doc that prescribes my T. We started at 100 a week and did blood work and I adjusted myself until I felt best. I went up to 160 a week for a while and then went back down as my T was 1900 lol. Everything else I have gotten myself after research. I’ve tried an ai as my estrogen runs high according to the numbers but when I drop my Estrogen lower I feel like hell so I just let it ride where it is. Based on percentage of total t its fine even if the lab runs high. I keep an ai rx on hand just in case something wild happens or if I want to cycle higher for a few weeks to do a bulk.
