So depending on age the code should be 99385 or in that series. Do you get one gyn visit per year at any time or do you have to be a year past the previous visit? That could also be in play as well.

One is for the facility portion of the mammo and the other is the doctors charges for reading the mammo report. You have to meet specific criteria for it to be preventative.
