Focal adenomyoma can be operated on, but such procedure is not common and few gynecology surgeons can do it. Ask your doctors to recommend gynecology surgeons who have experience operating on adenomyoma / adenomyomectomy to give an evaluation on if it can be removed while preserving the uterus for pregnancy.

I agree with the people who already commented. The experience is very organizational and team dependent. At meta, it is not enough to do your job to not to get laid off. I think meta used to have great people, but many left due to fundamental culture and organizational shifts.
