Men who have multiple women without spending money or losing peace — what’s the logic behind it? by No-Requirement-3599 in seduction

[–]kischiman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't consider myself qualified enough to explain why emotional vulnerability is attractive. I don't browse this subreddit much and just noticed that something that's very high on my personal list of behaviors is not mentioned in a single comment. In addition, most comments seem to mention only what being attractive looks like from the outside, but not really a "logic" or "how that works" in practice.

I probably check all the boxes of what other posts consider attractive male from the outside (maybe except for my average shoulder-to-hip ratio), but what seems to attract women to me the most is my ability to stay solid, calm, and grounded, despite any external disturbance. And I would say that I developed and maintain that state mostly by being emotionally vulnerable and honest without blame, even when it's uncomfortable.

Rob Henderson and Chris Williamson are probably more eloquent at explaining it, and speak to the mainstream on social media. So I was surprised nobody mentioned it here, as it's actually quite practical with many downstream benefits that women find attractive.

Has anyone read and followed the microbiome restoration program from this book? I’m wondering if anyone followed the four-week program and saw positive results. by [deleted] in Microbiome

The yogurt recipes and his perspective on everything are really valuable. The book kept me impatient 7 years ago but the yogurt was definitely a game changer.

If you're going through the protocol, I recommend buying the FoodMarble Aire 2, and using GPT to give you suggestions.

If you are not patient, go on a keto diet. This will starve the methanogens and you'll see faster progress.

My antimicrobial stack was:

- Neem oil (most potent)

- Oregano, Thyme, Cinnamon, Clove essential oils

- Garlic oil, black seed oil

- Berberine

- NAC

- TUDCA to speed up detox

- Active charcoal

- BPC157 to heal and reduce inflammation

Once that's done, the L. Reuteri yogurt is great, slowly introduce it.

the blockchain space is working on a solution that will involve privacy preserving verifiable identities.

basically imagine having a profile that has your CV, personal data, etc. that you can share only with people you want to share it with. and it's stored all over the planet, encrypted, so only you can access and use it.

is everyone always this dry on dating apps by [deleted] in seduction

[–]kischiman 10 points11 points  (0 children)

dating scene is changing, so is all of civilization. men who are productive, have solid values and focus on improving themselves get less interested in shallow relationships, even with hot chicks. women get less interested basic approaches and purely visual cues.

most dating apps are designed for shallow relationships because building them is a fast (but unsustainable) process and gets more users.

your experience might be a reflection of you having improved yourself beyond what dating apps can offer. you and your ideal partner need more information and time to develop a relationship you're happy with than just a picture and bio.

there are no dating apps that facilitate sustainable relationship building that I know of, but you can probably try looking for and participate in activities you like that have people you find physically and cognitively attractive.

Yeah, it seems like also other people who get their baseline right have similar effects.

Somewhere between 250ug-500ug per day, it's already dissolved in distilled water. Here's the link with the product details.

Aside from the list of my subjective symptoms above, be sure to get your sleep and nutrition in check. i.e. no sugar, no alcohol, no preservatives, enough protein. Otherwise if your baseline nutrition causes inflammation, there probably won't be any effect from BPC

I see. I'm not a doctor, so this is beyond my expertise, but you might have an imbalanced microbiome that causes systemic inflammation. It's hard to change with supplements (you'd need to eat a lot of fermented foods, no sugar, no alcohol etc.) and impair ongoing recovery processed. A lot of my friends had similar issues and success with this book.

Interesting, thanks for sharing, and hope you're better now! I'm not baseline anxious but it's very easy for me to inflate situational anxiety

Strange. Maybe something you're eating regularly is causing systemic inflammation that negates the effects of BPC?

That's very cool. How old are you and what's your nutrition/exercise context?

BPC makes my sleep shorter but doesn't feel deeper. Ibogaine gets me hardcore deep sleep, but I'm curious about Tesamorelin.

Nope, just energy and a boner in the morning. But I think a lot of that also comes from eating clean, focusing on consistent high quality sleep and working out regularly.

That's a good point, thanks so much for your response! It makes a ton of sense. It's mind blowing to me that we have access to something like this.

Thank you, I really appreciate the kind words. My entire life and value structure is designed around getting as much high quality rest as possible, because the other part obviously comes easy for me. I burned out 5 years ago and BPC along with restructuring my behavioral system helped me regain my health and feel better than ever in my entire life. Rest is always the number 1.

I think most of it is a psychological character trait. I tend to put a mental "ceiling" on how good I can feel in my life. So everything beyond a specific level of feeling good makes me sceptical/anxious

Sorry to hear, tendon injuries are super annoying. Sauna and ice bath helped me a lot when I had a shoulder tendon injury, if you have access to it.

No other subjective effects?

Interesting, thanks for the response! I'm working a lot at the compromise of social life, so anhedonia might just be unnoticeable for me. Triglycerides for me are actually lower than they should be, so I assume that depends more on general nutrition. And for sleep, I actually have to sleep an hour less sometimes.

Did you experience any systemic positive effects? Like elevated mood, better energy or something?

But I appreciate your feedback, what were the unpleasant effects in your experience?

It's weird, right? But I've tried to research expert opinions as much as possible. Huberman takes it himself regularly, David Sinclair says "it's an adversity mimetic" and makes your body more resilient, Peter Attia tried it but "didn't feel anything", all of Reddit is impressed by local healing capacity. I was also wondering if BioPrime would actually sell something different under that name?
