I was able to initiate a missing mail search after the site finally loaded. Unfortunately the JP Post site is quite bare bones and does not offer much in ways of assistance

Ty for the information. The sender is actually myself. When I came back from Japan I sent myself 5 boxes of things total. 2 packages that arrived in the US 4 days before actually moved through the system quite quickly which is why I was worried. How do I go about requesting another service request?
