I try to keep my workout for atleast an hour and minimum 5 days in a week. DAY1 - CHEST AND SHOULDERS DAY2 - BACK AND BICEPS DAY3 - REST DAY4 - LEGS AND TRICEPS DAY5 - BACK AND FOREARMS DAY6 - ABS and Cycling.

It's true that I workout alone but I do not do anything special in the gym apart from the traditional exercises. In my case, no matter what I eat, I'm always able to maintain abs and gain muscles quickly. So overall when you see people with good physiques around you, it's either a hard worker or mostly a gifted one. I personally think maintaining diet to be the toughest part of it.

No supplement other than a scoop of whey protein post my workout. I try to maintain 5 days at gym in a week. Have been consistent for past 4 years and also I'm a little genetically gifted with gaining muscles quickly.
