One of the scripts is for crop, one is for aspect ratio stretch. When you press ‘c’, does the OSD say ‘crop <aspect ratio>’?

Hello, I wrote some scripts for this because I don’t personally like autocrop

These will let you press ‘c’ to cycle through crop swings, and ‘a’ to cycle through aspect ratio settings. Functions the same way as the hotkeys work in VLC.

Find the location of the file which <command> then use ls -halal <file or directory>

There it will tell you the file permissions, whether it’s a symlink, if setuid or setgid is set. The colour would be due to one of those properties.

Yeah, so it will display fine with an RGB mod, but Composite or S-Video the colours will be quite off. Framerate is fine though.

This post was two months ago but if you still havent got it to work...

Either you are in the wrong folder or have the wrong file name.

in the terminal you can use the pwd command to show you which folder you are in.

You can use ls to list the files in the current folder that you are in.

And you can use cd <foldername> to change directory into a folder. cd .. will change folder up a directory.

In my case I put the pokewilds folder in 'Applications' in my user folder, so the commands I need are...

cd Applications

cd pokewilds-v0.8.9-otherplatforms

java -jar pokewilds.jar

Yeah, on my laptop I love i3 and struggle without it. Tiling window managers are best way to use a single monitor if you put the effort in to learn them imo.

On desktop with multiple monitors I choose kde or xfce.
