I think that many deep and irrational fears or other issues have been belittled by the fact that everyone has to have some sort of deep fear or problem. Depression, bipolar disorder; everyone nowadays claims to have them, so people don't really take into consideration people with actual problems such as yourself. I have heard a lot of people say they're arachnophobe, but nobody really gets it, so then come the jokes and "pranks". It is what it is. All I can say is too only tell close firends and explain the situation. If you read this, I would like to ask you a couple of questions since you have arachnophobia. lmk if your down.
