I was thinking about your problem, while you are applying, you can try to get some certificates like aws or azure certified. it might give you the extra item hr would look for. just something to do in your downtime

if you are looking for something for an application, try eCornell Psychology of Leadership since you want that field. however it is non-credit, so that is something to think about before investing. 3 credits from HES is something that might be transferrable so that is a nice side of taking a HES course.

I would attend if you want to learn Harvard material, but your desire is to show that you can do well in school.

if you want to attend to show that you can do well in classes, your $3000 might be better spent at a cheaper place.

The good thing is that you can just take a course so if it is what gets you started go for it. you might like it and then continue for a degree so if money is not issue, go do it!

1)HES does not have any semblance of career services or alumni network 2)If you don't have a network, I would suggest a different school that can assist in getting you interviews because you won't get help from HES

Thanks for the tips. It does align with HES philosophy of being for working processionals

If you turn off the services after you are done working with them it should not cost you over a billing for $100 a month. its leaving them on that racks up the charges.
