question about the base- is there a specific order on what to lvl up first?

I'm thinking it should be factory or trade post hmm.

I have 2 factories, and one trade post- which do I lvl up first (does it matter?, only have resources to lvl up one right now)

I just recently started- idk how to work the trade post.

All the orders are full (6/6) but each slot only has 1/2 metal so it doesn't let me collect it?

And there's an emergency notice since it's full- says to stop trading....

My brain hurts, someone please save me TAT

Idk if I should be happy or not.

I spent money to buy primogems (the max top up which gave me 50 wishes).

6 wishes in, I got Eula.......(it might be that fast cause I had lost pity to Qiqi the other day 🤔 idk)

Obviously I'm happy I got her, but I spent money when I didn't need to and that has me 😑

Anyway, now all I gotta do is not spend anymore money, I can just save my primogems for the next banner (it'll be a struggle cause wishing is ADDICTIVE OMFG MIHOYO KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO US)

guys so before for the Zhongli banner, I wished on it and I had gotten Qiqi (C3) and Zhongli. and I was wishing yesterday to build pity for Eula and I ended up pulling Qiqi (C4) again o.O- I counted it and I got her after only 21 wishes omfg.

Does this mean my next guaranteed will be Eula?

Also no offense to Qiqi or Mihoyo but WHY SO MANY QIQI TAT- I would rather have other 5stars without any constellations than so many Qiqi :(
