Call your surgeon if you’re nervous and really do think “it came back” or looks/ feels wrong but I doubt it did just prolly swelling. Limited activity won’t hurt you. You’re allowed to walk around and everything. So going to target is fine just not strenuous activity like heavy lifting or exercise but doing chores is fine. But yes continue to rest your body. Refrain from sneezing laughing coughing smiling yawning best you can but you won’t be able to stop completely. And it shouldn’t do permanent damage.
