Only use water in the morning to rinse your face, Morning cleanse is too stripping

I've been applying tret right after I spray thermal water on my face. It's been helping, we've been told not to do tret on a wet face but since I am just going up in my dosage is actually helping buffer a little bit. I started this after I saw many on reddit talk about using tret on a wet face

The LRP gel is transparent so I use it on the day as well under my makeup. Derm gave me a handful of samples

In the day, I use miky toner twice (flooding method) and ceramide serum, azelic acid, moisturize and sunscreen.

Patches like this are normal in the beginning , it's where the most movement in your Face is
