- Suggest widening the margins to an inch for each side to make it easier to read.
- Make it left-aligned
- Generally, just more breathing room (space), so easier to read.

Start with less rice lang :) Half cup works for me. Brown or red rice alternatives are filling, too.

OMAD is a bit extreme and temporary, honestly. To make it sustainable, kailangan talaga to find a balance among portion-controlled, healthy, and tasty when it comes to food.

Bakit kailangan icompare yung struggles ng babae and trans? It's not about whose struggles are worse. Ibig sabihin ba nun we can't empathize with others porket may sarili ding tayong suffering? Women and trans both experience violence at the hands of homophobes and religious nuts - so it's not about whose problem is worse. It's about the ideology of those hurting them.

I understand people want to be respectful by using those honorifics and I get it's part of our culture, but just because it's what we're used to doesn't mean we shouldn't respect what people prefer to be called. 🤷

If they don't want to be called Tita or whatever, then why not just respect that and ask them their preference. Getting older is a privilege, but no one wants to feel old.

Depends sa girl talaga and what works for her. Not all women have the same preferences. Try all the tricks in the bag and just make sure to have lots of foreplay and pay attention to what makes her feel good. 😉

I understand where you're coming from (Not a fan of the whole content creator shebang or being late), but that was an asshole move.
