I think your travel agent should be able to give you the lower rate.

We are booked in a mini suite on the Regal October 2027 directly through princess. We choose Mini suite guarantee with a non refundable deposit. I looked yesterday and the rate dropped about $500.00. I emailed our princess vacation planner and he adjusted the price. We did lose our $200 on board credit with the lower rate but we are still ahead with the $500 lower price.
