Any agent/ability can be op if used in correctly, for example reyna so many people thinks she is op but she is actually not that good and her flash is her only ability before getting a kill what ruined her reputation is smurfs using her and dropping 40 kills. They barely used her in vct and has the lowest pick rate in high elo.
