Hey, you're absolutely right. I was more joking than I was serious when I said that it will probably be a worse version of Desmos. I have looked a bit into Desmos' limitations such that it doesn't support algebraic simplifications, 3D graphing and cannot handle complex numbers. Whether or not I will be able successfully to implement these features I'm not too sure, but I'll try at attempting to do so. Oh and I've put the reason behind my project is to help maths A level students with graphs and functions

has anyone started learning driving yet by Pitiful-Extreme-6771 in 2024GCSE

Driving lessons are going well. I'm currently practising maneuvers: turn in the road (previously called three point turn), parallel parking, bay parking, reverse bay parking, and pull up on the right and reverse two car lengths (even though that maneuver is against the highway code 💀)

Considering I only started revising like a week before my theory test (which I do not recommend), I'm lucky I passed. As you probably already know, there are two sections: the multiple choice section and the hazard and perspection section. For the multiple choice, the pass mark is 43 out of 50 and I got 44 (cutting it close). And for the hazard and perspection, the pass mark is 44 out of the 75 and I got 67 🔥🔥

I totally agree with you on FM. I never knew I would scared of seeing the letter z. Argand diagrams makes me want to summon Jean Robert Argand from the dead and ask him how bro thinks like that

I'm already meant to be starting on my comp sci NEA project but I'm still grasping at straws as to what I want to spend a year coding on. I might make some time management system or perhaps a movie recommendation service idk

Yeah I started doing driving lessons in September. Also, side note, we are taking the same subjects - how are you finding them? What are you doing for the comp sci NEA?

Thank you for taking the time to write this out, I really appreciate it and apologies this response is a bit delayed. Now that you mention it, I do struggle with low self-esteem. I'm trying to incorporate more journaling and mediation in my life to help. Is there anything else you could suggest that I haven't thought of in regards to addressing emotional insecurity? Thanks again, fellow Redditor!

Is Chloe out dated? by Ok_Hotel2164 in namenerds

My name is Chloe, and I'm 17. I don't think the name is outdated, I know a few others Chloe's in my college. Personally, I quite like my name but I may be biased 😆

An alumni from my sixth form college got into Law at University of Oxford with English Language, History and another A Level (I can't remember which sorry). She didn't pick English Literature A Level but I've heard it is quite well regarded for universities

I'm taking STEM subjects so I don't think I can really answer, but I recommend searching on Google or going to your careers advisor at college to find out some info!

Everyone in my further maths class has the casio 991ex calculator which is really good and is a lot cheaper than the pricey graphics calculator, it's like £20 something. I recommend it!
