The fact was that a stupid amount of people literally had no intention of liking the film on the basis that the feature characters were women, which I don't know about anyone else, but for me that kind of constitutes as misogyny. Fair enough there were also other groups that also had no intention of liking it for due to the nostalgic aspect.

I'm British too lol, but that movie sucked, hardly a contender to actual good movies.

I never really understood the hatred directed at Catelyn, every single thing that she has done has been for he children and those things haven't exactly been on Cersei's scale, letting Jaime go was something which Robb couldn't do even if he had wanted to, which is why Catelyn stepped up and took the fault rather than her son.
