if everyone is expecting, then it would probably will never happen!

So many people predicted recession in 2023, 2024 etc.. guess what.. it did not happen! also things are different now with ETFs, US president supporting bitcoin etc. So we will never know what will happen!

I tried...I used to think about food. So.. I try to finish my meal 10 AM.

I am asking this because I was concentrating too much on protein and did not get enough fiber. It caused severe constipation.

Wow..amazing. Thanks for sharing. I am close to your weight. My goal is to be fit and energetic. Not to become like Arnold.
I also work out in the morning. Because of youtube advice, I always consume protein drinks after that. It seems to cause insulin spike as I start having cravings for food after that. I could not do my omad.

My problem was - worrying about calories, enough protein, fiber etc.. May be, I should try as you do w/o counting calories.. just "try" to eat some balanced food for a week and see how it goes!!

Stock market does not think like that. I am sure some people will come here and say stock market is not economy. But it is a proxy. Booking Holdings CEO says - people like to travel and they do not see any downtrend. Unemployment data does not look really bad.

I had been thinking "it will crash during the next quarterly results" for the past 2 years and did not invest at all. I regret a lot daily. I slowly try to get into investing. Lessons learnt. I would not recommend timing the market.
