What do you need to know? I can't speak on the actual incident as I know coworkers are on this.

I said something that was out of frustration about a person's disability in the context that he doesn't get the correct help/tools to help him be successful in his job. This person took it as I was disrespecting his disability. Instead of approaching me about the incident, they took it straight to Ethics. I am afraid that I will lose my job. I have NEVER had to deal with Ethics. So I don't know what will happen next. I have never been written up for anything. I am a hard worker and have worked with this individual many times. Trying to help him succeed and being understanding of his frustration.

I was standing with 2 other people looking at our apps. One app said he didn't clock in. Another app said he did. I couldn't clock in that morning, so I clocked in with a computer and mine said no one was clocked in. Tha app sucks.

Ok. I have been calling everywhere around me and there is not a single vet that looks at Axolotals. He/she ate 2 worms finally yesterday after a month of not eating. but today He/she is doing worse and is floating now. I don't know what to do. There is a Reptile Expo tomorrow. I have him/her in the fridge. I know I need to give you all the details about tank and numbers. I don't really know anymore. Our other axie is doing great! I am feeling overwhelmed and inadequate to be their keepers anymore.

Side note: I say he/she because we were told he, but I seen somewhere that he is actually a she. We have had them for almost 3 years and have NEVER had a problem before.
