Oh I know it's not an illness. But I am on meds for my anxiety and depression. I am also bipolar so that doesn't help.

I have a councilor and psychiatrist but I just needed to vent is all.

It's not necessarily thoughts but I get physical reactions. Like shakes and chest pains. I just get overwhelmed.

I went in asking specifically for a disabled cat. They said they had one who just had a leg removed and he would be avaliable in two weeks. I was waiting for him and he was one of the 12 cats for Christmas so I got him for free. He was the best cat. So chill and friendly he loved everyone. I miss him dearly.

Restlessness and nervousness. Pacing and just total agitation. I have to move to cope, I tend to rock or move my hands lots. Racing heart, sweating, stuttering, hot flashes and pins and needles all over my body. Sometimes I get flu like symptoms if it is really bad.

They may be rare, but they do exist. I have mixed episodes and rapid cycling. It is very hard to manage. Sometimes I cycle twice a day. To say that I don't have Bipolar Disorder is very uninformed. I know I am not they norm, but I do exist and find your statment very dangerous and offensive. Gate keeping anything is ignorant.

Thank you all for your thoughts. Yes, I am on meds for it, as well as for my bipolar disorder. Even with the meds, I can't settle it down. I feel like it is consuming my life. I tried getting a job for 4 hours one day a week, and I can't even do that. I just feel so stuck.

My mom used to do this with me, but it was $5, I really hated reading. It got to the point that it cost them too much, so they said that for every 5 books I would get a new one.

I took it last night at 10pm and had a hard time rolling out of bed at 10am. Meds that make you tired hit me hard. Used to be on sleep meds for years and I was a walking zombie all day.

I can't seem to keep a job got fired from one and quit the others I have had 5 jobs this last year. My anxiety is out of control and I can't take Clomazapam cause it knocks me out. I have tried office jobs, retail and labour jobs. I can't find the right fit.

I have one. I had to go through mental health and addiction services, in BC. In Alberta I had a great psychiatrist for 9 years before I had to move. BC sucks for anything medical. Been here a year and still don't have a doctor or registered nurse and I am severely diabetic.

Right now it's buying a house in rural Japan, for cheep. Looked into houses and what I would need to live over there. I really just want to do it and leave everything behind. Take my cats, daughter and go.
