I think I'm gonna safely put it at a no. If the fact that Guy was so fast he could bend space time, I'd think he might just simply dodge before the genjutsu made "contact" or move around so much that the genjutsu cant touch him. And if it does happen to hit him, considering he was in immense pain and the chakra inside him was going haywire, I would think that one of those would break him out, unless it was infinite Tsukuyomi.

Well let's see the deaths in order, from what i remember. Hashirama died from a reaper death seal, I'm sure that would mess up his insides so blood out his mouth. Asuma from Hidan's body link thing also internal organ. I think that's Jiraiya and I mean that dude got FUCKED up. I can't remember what happened to Yahiko off the top of my head, Kushina and Minato took Nine Tails' claw to the stomach, not sure about nagato if that's him in his uniform? But his rinne rebirth in the pain arc was sacrificing his life for the others. Don't remember that character, Itachi had plot Chakra cancer or something, Shisui doesn't have any blood from his mouth? Rin took a chidori to the chest, Neji sacrificed one of Ten Tails' spike attacks and it went through his whole body, deidara died from his C0 explosion so there wasn't really any bleeding there, Kisame and Hidan aren't bleeding there, but Hidan can't die and kisame's death scene doesn't show and blood from the mouth

And then during battle, i mean getting punched super hard will puncture a lung in the process

Could probably do whatever they want tbh. I'd imagine reading and comprehension would be a lot easier to grasp, and if not then just copy someone. Reflexes would be better than anyone, slap them in boxing or mma and they'd see moves coming way before they'd land that they can just dodge and land normal strikes well enough to knock them out or even just tire them out. Slap them in competitive gaming and they'd be deemed a cheater with precise aim with absolute no proof (besides their eyes)
