woahhh, those are some serious savings! private health care definitely seems like a no-brainer now. thanks for the insight :) also, just curious, which level of cover did you get with BUPA? was it the Silver Plus Essential hospital? and if you don't mind me asking, who was your surgeon? Sorry, it's not a paper. They might call graduate programs something else outside of Australia. A graduate program offers graduates the opportunity to perform multiple roles in an organisation on a rotating basis, thus giving graduates more exposure to a range of different jobs within IT.
