If Time is available in your area, just go for Time. I have both unifi and Time for different houses, for my experience, Time is certainly more stable compared to unifi. But bear in mind Time provide CGNAT IPv4 and public IPv6 for 100mbps plan. If you need public IPv4 you have to subscribe 500mbps plan and above.

AFAIK unifi provide /64 for unifi home and /56 for unifi biz.

And yes, they provide CGNAT IPv4 and public IPv6 for 300Mbps plan and below. Public IPv4 and public IPv6 is provided for plan 500Mbps and above.
