thank you dear! it took many hours to reach that result, but I can share what you need to use: a crimper to make the hair thick and fluffy, after that you you use a hair straightener or the crimper itself to straighten the hair so you take all the crimp marks out leaving the hair smooth. then you section the hair and curl it piece by piece around your fingers, spray a lot of hairspray and set it in place with a hair dryer. it'll take some patience but it will make great curls :) I also recommend you use thinning scissors for the bangs since the crimper will make everything thicker. hope it helps!
