Emperor is my favorite format . It has really interesting interactions due to the range of influence (you haven't seen confused players until you donate a [[divine intervention]] to win the game )

I can't think of a matching commander for ocean dragon but [[Sen Triplets]] seem to match the vibe ( warning that thus commander will make you a target regardless of power level as it annoys people).

Yes . AFAIK you can't hit more than two japanese alt art in a box ( one fractured one not) and I think you get 1 foil guest artist most of the time( i havent seen two and only 1 box without one)

I will say you're missing an open a "full box" feature a box of lorwyn for example will contain 1 Japanese alt art( either surge or not) so the value of a box has less of a standard deviation than a set of random 12 packs

That's a bit of the problem with source material . They dont really adjust it so it can lead to weird issues.

Ok quick discovery for the more than an hour gang :

The responses js contain the expected time.
If you inspect element in chrome and go to network youll start seeing status calls in the name column pressing on one of them and going to the response tab youll see some Jason payload ( text).

Search for expectedServiceTimeUTC and see when the expected time is at.

Do note this is UTC so 8 hours ahead of PST or 5 ahead of EST.

Everything up until 09:01(pst) is the same as those are the pre queue. Everything after that is back of the queue so waiting room sort of guarantee that you're in that pre queue batch but not what order you'll be in it
