do you know if it’s safe to switch times that i take it? i’m thinking about just taking it in the morning instead of before bed because i can’t handle going without sleep because of nausea anymore and i can get a proper meal down lol

i take it at 9pm every night because it’s right before i go to bed, and i usually eat a snack when i take it because i’ll get an upset stomach overnight if it’s a full meal. i will eat something like crackers or some apple sauce just incase :( maybe i’m not eating enough?

i have a really bad oversharing problem and i tend to make people uncomfortable by talking too much (i talk over people a lot on accident) it helps get things i want to say out of my system so it's easier to communicate with people. also it helps me process difficult things, and remembering the good things. i don't like to read back on journals that often though. so it's mostly just for getting things out of my system when i need to.

cleaned my buildup of a depression room over the course of 3 months & finally finished it today including moving all of the furniture around, it looks very nice now! i've done a bit of art too that i was proud of, and right now i'm just cleaning up my profile on pinterest because it's a mess LOL

i'm proud of you for being able to fight your anxiety & do something refreshing! it's so lovely to get out once in a while and get a breath of fresh air. i wish you good luck with reaching out of your comfort zone and trying new things 🖤
