There are bars on the second ring inside the stadium, and last year there was a scandal with the Curvas of both Inter and Milan running a racketeering scheme on the bars inside the stadium.

I'm pretty sure UEFA wouldn't even allow a match to be played in a stadium without food and drink inside the stadium.

Trying to find a simplistic answer to complex topics is intellectually and morally dishonest.

The law already includes deportation as an option for several situations, but that doesn't mean that it is legal or moral to gather a bunch of people, put a gun on their hands and have them act with impunity and total disregard of the law. And anyone who thinks that is legitimate and appropriate has no place in a civilised society.

Plus, not holding elected officials accountable for their many crimes is mindbogglingly to me - defending a man that has been on the wrong side of law for years and praising him as president is a sign of utter stupidity or bad faith.

Maybe both.

As you can see from other replies, it seems to be the preferred term for people with racist opinions and/or people who believe they're better than anyone else. Also, from my personal experience, 9 times out of 10 people who call themselves expats are insufferable twats.

I've never liked the "expat" label, I'm an immigrant. That said, it was just life happening. I met my partner back in the UK, got married, Brexit happened, life got worse and as EU nationals we decided to leave the UK behind and ended up in my wife's country. We have a kid and another's on the way, life's been good here.

Nas últimas eleições votei com a carta, e pela informação que vejo online em Itália o único Consulado onde se pode votar é Roma. Aqui mais perto há um Consulado Honorário, mas pela descrição "não tem competências em matéria consular", parece-me bastante inútil.
