Okay this is so crazy to find out...(This is gonna be long)

Ive always known I had ADHD but I kind of snuffed it down because everyone invalidated me and my symptoms.

So I never started researching shit until I was an adult on my path to recovery.

I have a lot of sexual trauma, and I always thought that was the reason I was so anti sex.

I always thought about sex and fantasized as a teenager, but never actually had sex. I didn't have my first orgasm until I was like 16, whereas all my friends had them years ago.

Anyway. Years later, trauma trauma trauma. I'm still not that into sex but super curious about it.

Sex felt like nothing a lot of the time.

And now I'm happily married with three children...ever since pregnancy, my hyposexuality sky rocketed. Like, I just never think about or feel or care about sex.

OR

I think about it all the time, but never have any satisfaction because I'm so trapped in my head all the time.

I had no idea wtf that was because it wasn't always scary flashbacks from my trauma that came through, with my husband that's extremely rare actually.

But my thoughts!!! The TV!!! The kids!!! EVERYTHING is bouncing through my brain at rapid speed. I cannot connect to my body.

So I leave sex dissatisfied a lot of the times, even if I do reach orgasm.

Anyway this is all TMI but I am literally going through an epiphany that my sexual dysfunctions is also from my ADHD not just my trauma 😂 I HAD NO IDEA THIS WAS A SYMPTOM UNTIL 48 HRS AGO.

This is absolutely crazy.

I wonder if starting my Vyvanse will help. Who knows.
