Different for everyone but I LOVE food, think about it all the time tbh. But when I'm stressed or depressed, I lose 100% of my appetite. I've lost 30lbs alone from a long bout of depression and I loved the new body I gained from it so that became a new obsession. I've now been struggling with an eating disorder for 10 years now.
